Poem

I snuggle in my covers, nose blocked
I have no money left, I got presents to watch
Christmas, Christmas, do mind the fog
Recession may be over, but we're still the cautious lot

What's good for me?

I have trouble settling for my study plans. For the whole of this year, I have been subject to debate on whether or not to resume my studies at SIM-RMIT (Australia) .

But now I have an alternative school to pursue mass communications: TMC-University of Hertfordshire (UK).

Both their ranking are not that bad, neither are they excellent as well. Average really.

But I just want to study. And I simply hate to choose between the two. Location-wise, TMC is great though, just near North Bridge Road (City Hall). But SIM is more reputable in Singapore.

So I really have no idea.

My one and true obsession

I actually wanted to post about something else altogether, but I came across this and became super excited and I totally lost the interest to follow my initial plan. Can't wait until November 2010!

Enjoy!

A Hard Day's Work

Today is such a fulfilling day for me. I washed my clothes twice. Just finished ironing them not 10 minutes ago. I cleaned my room, which I spent 3 non-stop hours of turning the bed, changing the covers, sweeping the floor, throwing out little pieces of used papers, etc.

I went to Sunshine Place to pay my handphone bills via AXS machine and went grocery shopping. I bought milk, potatoes and paprika. I managed to squeeze in How I Met Your Mother, Gossip Girl and CSI Miami. I managed to exercise by skipping 200 times.

I guess my energy came from my three days of moping around on my bed from PMS-ing. My PMS was a total bitch. If it were a person, I would have totally slapped her hard in the face.

The pain made my mind numb. I couldn't think straight. I hardly got out of bed unless it was necessary. I bit my pillow hard whenever the pain comes. I hardly ate anything and I would have probably went crazy if not for my extremely wild imagination that I have to force it out.

Today is my fourth day and it seems like I have my energy back, hence my very fulfilling day. And I just felt a sense of satisfaction managing to complete my house chores without anyone nagging at me for it.

Life's great for me now.

And tomorrow morning I'm going to the wet market. (I'm off Tuesday and Wednesday this week)
